Introduction
The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the RoomSnap mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to store your plans on your device, verify optional purchases, and maintain the App.
- Room plans: Room names, dimensions, walls, openings, and furniture layouts are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded for image or AI analysis.
- Anonymous app identifier: The App creates a random identifier used for purchase verification, entitlement restoration, and limited first-party app events. It is not your advertising identifier.
- App interactions: Limited events such as paywall opens and purchase or restore outcomes may be sent to our service for product reliability and support. These events do not include your room-plan contents.
- Purchase information: Apple handles payment. We send the product and transaction information needed to verify and restore an entitlement, but we do not receive or store your payment card number.
Device Permissions
RoomSnap does not request camera, photo library, microphone, or location permission. Sharing a PNG or PDF uses the operating system's share sheet and the destination you choose.
How We Use Your Information
- To save and reopen floor plans locally on your device
- To verify purchases and restore Premium access
- To diagnose purchase problems and improve product reliability
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: Handles downloads, purchases, subscriptions, payment processing, and store-side transaction history.
- Our service: Verifies App Store transactions and receives the limited first-party app events described above.
Data Retention
Room plans remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App. Purchase-verification records and limited app events are retained only as needed to maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Data Security
Local app data is stored using platform storage. Information sent for purchase verification or limited app events is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your Rights
You can delete saved plans in the App and remove remaining local data by uninstalling it. You may contact us to ask about the limited service-side information associated with the App's anonymous identifier or purchase verification.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
