1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RoomSnap (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
RoomSnap is a manual room-planning application. You enter room dimensions, edit a floor-plan outline, arrange common furniture, save plans on your device, and share PNG or PDF references. The App does not scan a room, take measurements for you, or create a professional survey or construction document.
3. Premium Plans and Billing
The App is free to download. The first saved room and a watermarked preview are available without Premium. Optional in-app purchases are offered through the Apple App Store, including an auto-renewing Weekly Premium subscription ($1.99 per week) and a Lifetime Premium unlock ($6.99), unless a different price is shown in your storefront. Premium adds unlimited saved rooms and watermark-free PNG and PDF sharing.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Weekly Premium renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests and billing questions must be directed to Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Measurement and Planning Disclaimer
You are responsible for entering and checking all measurements. Floor plans and furniture layouts are planning references only. Recheck critical dimensions, clearances, building requirements, and site conditions before purchasing materials, moving heavy items, cutting, or starting construction. Consult a qualified professional when safety, structure, permits, accessibility, utilities, or code compliance is involved.
5. Local Data and Exports
Room plans are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any copies you need. Deleting a plan or uninstalling the App may permanently remove local data. When you share an export, the destination you choose controls the resulting file under its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the room-plan information and exports you create with the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent purchase, entitlement, or security measures
- Use the App or an export in a way that violates another person's rights
- Redistribute or resell the App itself
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and related in-app purchases.
9. Service Availability
Core planning functions are designed to work with local data. App Store product loading, purchase verification, restoration, external links, and sharing destinations may require network access or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features where permitted by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend access to service-side purchase verification or support when these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service. Rights already granted through Apple remain subject to Apple's store rules, applicable law, and the purchase terms shown at checkout.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
