How do I use RoomSnap?

Measure the room with your own tape measure, enter its width and depth, then adjust walls and arrange furniture on the editable plan.

Does RoomSnap scan with a camera or LiDAR?

No. RoomSnap is a manual planning tool and does not request camera, photo library, or location access. Verify critical measurements before buying materials or starting work.

Where are my room plans stored?

Room dimensions, layouts, and furniture placements are stored locally on your device. Delete a saved plan in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove that local data.

What does Premium include?

The first saved room and watermarked preview are free. Weekly or Lifetime Premium unlocks unlimited saved rooms and watermark-free PNG and PDF sharing.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Purchase History on your device, or contact Apple Support directly.

The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Please make sure you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, contact us at support@skybringup.com.
